1. Who We Are
Cup of Tearapy is a trade name operated by Alice Ravenna & Margherita Postogna.
2. Ordering & Contract Formation
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer.
- We will send an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This is not an acceptance of your offer.
- Your order is sent directly to Printify for production. Acceptance occurs when Printify begins manufacturing your custom item(s). At that point, a legally binding contract exists.
- We may decline or cancel an order if:
- Products are unavailable or mispriced
- Payment cannot be verified
- We suspect fraud or misuse (e.g., discount code abuse)
- Printify identifies a production issue
If we cancel your order before production begins, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.
Order Cancellation
Because each item is made-to-order, you may request cancellation by emailing us at help@cupoftearpy.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. We will attempt to cancel with Printify, but if production has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change at any time without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay.
- Payment is processed securely via Printify and WooCommerce Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.
- You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund any payment made.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days and then dispatched.
- Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs.
Delivery Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- We do not control Printify’s shipping fees, and these may change.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate.
5. Products & Availability
- Our products are made-to-order via Printify. This means each item is printed specifically for you.
- Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes.
- Print placement may vary by up to 0.5 inches; this is within normal tolerance.
- If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, logos, images, text and branding, is owned by Cup of Tearapy and our designer, Alice Ravenna. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without written permission.
Our designs are original and protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
7. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, coupons or other special offers (collectively, “Promotions”).
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the following terms apply to all Promotions:
- Promotions are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice.
- Each Promotion is valid only for the period stated and will automatically expire at the end of that period.
- Promotions are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
- Only one Promotion (discount code, coupon or offer) can be used per order, per customer and per household. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous purchases.
- Promotions may be limited to specific products, collections or categories. Any excluded products will not count towards qualifying spend and will not receive a discount.
- Unless stated otherwise, Promotions do not apply to shipping costs, taxes or fees.
- If a Promotion requires a minimum spend, this refers to the order value before shipping, taxes and fees, and after any returns or cancellations.
- If you cancel or return items from an order that used a Promotion, any refund will be based on the amount actually paid after the discount, not the full original price.
- If a Promotion is restricted to new customers or specific regions, we may reasonably request information or use our systems to verify eligibility.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or adjust any Promotion or order where we reasonably believe the Promotion is being misused, applied in error, or used fraudulently (for example, sharing “single‑use” codes on discount websites or creating multiple accounts).
Specific Promotions may include additional terms (for example: start/end dates, eligible products, or customer eligibility). Where this is the case, those specific terms will apply in addition to the above.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Cup of Tearapy is a small independent business. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or purchase of products is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant order.
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental or consequential losses
- Loss of profits, data or business opportunities
- Delays in delivery or manufacturing
- Printify’s production or shipping errors (we will support you in resolving these, but our liability is limited)
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data.

- Wrong size or colour: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges, but we may offer a one-time goodwill gesture for first-time customers
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales (or Scotland if you are based there).
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident in Scotland, in which case Scottish courts may have jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
